Ampere Arm64 CPUs: Configurable Memory Page Sizes One of the ways that Arm64 is different from x86 is the ability to configure the size of memory pages in the Memory Management Unit of the CPU. Click below to learn what memory page size is, how to configure page size on Linux systems, and when it might make sense to use a different page size in your applications. |

🚀 Grok 4 Tops AI Benchmarks A new reasoning model from outside the Big 3 in AI, Grok 4, has achieved the highest Intelligence Index score of 73, surpassing OpenAI's o3 and Google's Gemini 2.5 Pro at 70. It costs the same as Sonett up to 128k input tokens, after which the price doubles, similar to Gemini's 200k token threshold. A coding-specific model is also in the works, but initial analysis from ForgeCode found base Grok 4 to be better at complex tasks and bug catching than Claude Opus 4 in some cases. It also showed excellent support in function and tool calling, similar to Claude. Grok 4 is available for users with the "SuperGrok" subscription at $30, but can be tried for cheaper by buying API credits worth $5. |

🛠️ How Companies Are Using GenAI for Coding Companies often try to parrot how AI usage is increasing efficiency across the board, but this is a great, detailed piece with information from actual engineers working in said companies on how they are using LLMs. That said, the gap between executive hype and developer skepticism is narrowing as tools become more capable. |
